Andy Murray returns to the Australian Open

Andy Murray has received a wild card for the upcoming Australian Open. As a result, there was no obstacle in the way of the final draw of the tournament.

The British star had earlier dropped out of the fourth round of the Indian Wells Open in October. He lost in a straight set to Germany’s Alexander Zverev.

Andy Murray also lost to Stefanos Sitcipas at the US Open last August. However, he complained about the rate, Sitsipas went to the toilet for eight minutes to disturb his rhythm during the match. Then he took time again due to injury.

Meanwhile, in the third round of the event, world number 9 Fabio Fagnini is on the court against Stefanos Sitsipas of Greece. Despite losing the first set 2-6 in a match of 2 hours and 4 minutes, the Greek star Sitsipas advanced to the next round after winning the next two sets 6-3, 6-4.
