A new era has begun in space exploration. One of the most powerful telescopes in the world has been launched into space. A space telescope named James Webb launched from the Kouru space center in French Guiana on Saturday.

It is about three times larger and 100 times more powerful than the Hubble Space Telescope currently in operation. It is named after one of the architects of the Apollo lunar mission in the United States.

The Hubble Telescope now in space will be replaced by the James Webb and will be able to see into space at a distance that has never been possible before.

Which can be seen with the new telescope

Because of the huge mirrors and the four super-sensitive instruments, astronomers will be able to see much deeper into space with this James Webb Telescope. As a result, according to theorists, the first star to light up the darkness that descended after the Big Bang 1,300 billion years ago can now be traced.
