Egg Korma’s simple recipe Life is quite simple now

If we want to get all the nutrients of food very easily, the first name that comes to our mind is egg. Compared to other foods, this food is still within our reach, so we only have eggs once or twice a week. But because of cooking in the same way, the egg is not turning away from the food! Usually we cook eggs with salty taste. But if you get bored of eating this way, you can try making egg korma. You will find a nice change in the taste of eggs.

Ingredients: To make egg korma you will need 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of onion paste, 1/2 teaspoon of white and black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, According to the amount of salt, oil 1 cup, ghee 1 teaspoon, onion cut into 6 cubes, bay leaves 3, cinnamon 4 small pieces, small green cardamom 3, green pepper 4, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, chilli powder 1 /. 4 tsp, cumin powder 1/4 tsp, coriander powder 1/4 tsp, hot spices 1/4 tsp, almond paste 2 tsp, water for boiling eggs.

How to make: To make egg korma, you need to follow some steps. These are-
1. First, pierce the eggs on a plate with a spoon. Then add vinegar, soy sauce and black pepper powder. Marinate for 20 minutes.
2. After putting all the spices in the egg, put a little oil and ghee in a saucepan. When the oil and ghee are slightly hot, add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves and wait till the flavor comes.
3. Now fry the eggs in this saucepan. Once the eggs are fried, put them on a plate and set aside.

4. Now fry the onion in this fried egg oil and keep half of it for barista.
5. Now cook all the spices in it for a while so that oil comes out from the spices. Now cover it with fried eggs and green chillies and wait for 4 minutes.
. When the broth is dry, add hot spice powder. Serve hot with barista on top before serving on a serving plate.
