The official jersey of the Russian Olympic team has been unveiled ahead of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.
The jersey is emblazoned with Olympic rings in the colors of the national flag. Some jerseys also have maps of the country designed.
Countries like the United States and Australia are busy boycotting the upcoming Beijing Olympics. Russia is preparing to take part in the Winter Olympics. In its continuation, this time the country has unveiled the official uniform of their Olympic team.
A sportswear manufacturer called ZA-Sport has produced the official uniforms for the Russian Olympic team this year. White, red, blue and gray, these four colors of the logo of the Russian Olympic Committee logo are made for athletes. Each uniform is designed with seven Olympic rings emblazoned with a combination of the three colors of the Russian national flag.
The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has banned Russia from the Olympics for doping offenses. The decision was made after the sentence was reduced. Until December 2022, Russian athletes will be able to participate in the Olympics, but they will not be able to sing the Russian national anthem during the Games.
In addition, Russian athletes will not be able to carry the national flag. That means they will not be able to represent the country.
