Spending more time with family, relatives and friends will work peace of mind. However, if the stress is chronic, you should consult a psychiatrist. Necessary steps should be taken with their help.

Life has come to a standstill due to the epidemic coronavirus. At the same time, 61.5% of the adolescents in the urban areas of the country have been suffering from moderate to extreme stress due to house arrest. At the same time, it has taken their health to a more worrying level.

It said 26.2 per cent of urban adolescents were obese, 30.5 per cent were indoors and out and only 2.6 per cent were active.

Studies show that adolescents’ stress is closely related to their eating habits, body proportions and BMI. As well as physical activity associated with obesity and high stress. Adolescents suffer from much more stress than teenagers.

The study also found that 26.5 percent of adolescents with high levels of stress were obese and 7.3 percent of smokers were on the list. According to the World Health Organization, 20 percent of the world’s adolescents suffer from stress.

It was also mentioned that 53.8% of the adolescents are suffering from obesity and 52.5% are suffering from moderate to extreme stress. People living indoors and out have almost two and a half times the risk of obesity, more than one and a half times the risk of obesity and 1.13 times the risk of obesity.

To conduct the study, some questions were asked from 4,609 adolescents in 32 high schools and colleges with more than 500 students in eight divisional cities of the country from January to June 2019 based on international standards. The age range of the respondents was 13 to 19 years. In this case, information was not taken from adolescents suffering from chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
